The Sunshine Coast, BC

The Sunshine Coast (population 28,000) is the gem of BC's south coast, stretching just under 200km from Langdale to Lund with many quaint coastal communities in between, including:

  • Gibsons
  • Roberts Creek
  • Davis Bay
  • Sechelt
  • Halfmoon Bay
  • Pender Harbour
  • Powell River

It's a seaside haven of natural beauty, eccentric shops and friendly people. The recent additions of an Aquatic Centre in Sechelt and a Community Centre in Gibsons, featuring an NHL sized ice rink, have added to many of the natural attractions of the south Coast.
While many locals commute to nearby Vancouver for work the growing tourism and high-tech industries are contributing to a positive employment situation for south Coast residents.

The Sunshine Coast exudes a charming atmosphere, sense of community and everywhere— stunning vista's.
